Palermo Blend Dry

A medium-roasted blend of high-quality Brazilian Arabica and Brazilian “Fine” Robusta coffee. Its flavour is bold and dark chocolatey, yet balanced and clean. This is our highest-caffeine blend, making it perfect for espresso-based drinks. If you like your coffee with a classic, chocolatey flavour, this is the choice for you.

If the first thing that comes to mind when you think of the ideal coffee is an Italian espresso, then this is YOUR coffee. We named our blend after Palermo, the capital of Sicily, because to us, this coffee most closely captures the Italian way of life. With a Vivina twist, of course: thanks to the medium roast, the coffee is not bitter, but rather clean, sweet and chocolatey.

Careful roasting helps preserve the distinctive flavour notes: we roast several times a week in small batches using our own micro-roaster. Only hand-selected beans go into each bag, ensuring the highest quality.
